Earlier this summer, Hog Roast Blockley was contacted by a local housing charity to arrange catering for their upcoming sponsored run. The half-marathon was planned to take place through the city, with participants passing many local landmarks as they go. Once they arrive at the finish line, the Hog Roast Blockley team will be there to serve plenty of delicious refreshments for runners and supporters. For the menu, we have been hired to serve a delicious hog roast, alongside a tasty meat-free option to allow every guest to enjoy our menu. Our catering is sure to be a great addition to this event and is bound to motivate the runners to reach the finish line in record time!

Hog Roast BlockleyIn preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Blockley team is planning on setting up our catering station in the morning, giving us plenty of time to prepare for the midday serving time. Our menu will be on offer throughout the afternoon to allow an estimated 500 guests to enjoy our menu. For the catering, we will be serving fresh bread rolls stuffed with succulent slow-roasted sliced pork, accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving BBQ pulled jackfruit, homemade chips, and a selection of fresh salad dishes to ensure that everyone can enjoy our catering.
