Hog Roast Catering Company
It might please you to know that when you come to Hog Roast Cotswolds for your event catering you are coming to a family. We are the Giles family – Paula, Rob (Mum, Dad), and twin sons Ellis and Morgan. Together we have taken our love of hosting events and celebrations and put it into a new career venture with the grateful aid of the Spitting Pig co. To have our family be a part of the Spitting Pig family has been nothing short of miraculous; it has changed our lives.
Prior to starting Hog Roast Cotswolds, we had both been working in the auto industry for the better part of three decades. It wasn’t until 2025 where we decided as a family to take the leap and start our own business. Being known as the party hosts amongst our friend groups, being great lovers of eating out as a family, and having a tonne of care for community in the Cotswolds, making the venture into event catering seemed like the right thing for us.
Ellis and Morgan were great right away, having both already garnered plenty of experience in hospitality and catering prior. We didn’t just bring them along for their energy and youthfulness! They’re the ones that brought plenty of knowledge and skill to the table, and will continue to do so well into the future as we now have the foundations for a long-running proud family legacy to uphold with the Hog Roast Cotswolds name.

You’re not going to find any faceless, uncaring business sense here at Hog Roast Cotswolds; what continues to drive our work is an eagerness and a passion for shared celebration and great dining. When working with us, we’ll hope you’ll feel as welcome as family.
To that end, during events feel free to come and speak to any one of our excellent chefs and learn even more about our delicious foods. Our signature dish, the hog roast, is one that any one of Paula, Rob, Morgan or Ellis could bleat on about for hours – which is handy, because it takes that long to cook in the authentic spit style! You’ll hear plenty about the local sourcing that goes into our hog roasts, the happy farms that are pigs come from, and the care that is put into ensuring only the best come our way to be cooked fresh at your event.
To us, the Cotswolds has always had so much to offer. To be able to cook at so many brilliant events surrounded by these bountiful rolling hills, be it for weddings, private parties, or corporate events, is nothing short of a dream. Making the leap into business ownership with Hog Roast Cotswolds is vindicated each and every time we get to do so. This has become for us so much more than just a catering operation; it is a family endeavor shaped by teamwork, pride, and a shared commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences.

The Cotswolds covers an area of almost 800 square miles of beautiful countryside, rich and varied landscapes and characterful towns and villages. We feel very fortunate to be operating a mobile catering business in such a lovely part of the UK, and our clients feel just as fortunate to be able to hire us to cater in any picturesque setting of their choice in the Cotswolds!
The flexible Hog Roast Cotswolds team travel the length and breadth of our scenic region on a regular basis in order to provide versatile mobile catering for parties and events taking place in many different types of venues and locations.
We can travel to and set up our equipment in just about any outdoor setting in the Cotswolds and we are able to freshly prepare all of our food in any location. From romantic outdoor weddings and elegant corporate entertaining to large public events and small private parties, we are equipped to cater onsite for any occasion and in any venue of your choosing.
We thrive in diverse environments, and we love catering in the middle of lively events in full view of our diners. If you would prefer us to cater more behind the scenes though, we are just as happy to cook on the side lines and still provide the same fantastic food and attentive service.
