We set up our catering station in an adjoining meeting room, giving us plenty of space to roast the hog to perfection for at least five hours. Once ready, the hog was expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we also served BBQ pulled jackfruit, which is a great meat alternative. The mains were served with sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling, as well as homemade chips and seasonal salad dishes.
