Marshall runs a boutique art gallery in the Cotswolds that features artists from across the country and has all kinds of different mediums on display, ranging from large-scale sculptures to water colour and oil paintings. The gallery is a beautiful place to visit, especially when it is hosting a quarterly open evening to showcase their seasonal art. These events include champagne and great food, with Hog Roast Bibury hired to cater for the occasion this spring. The event was sure to be a lot of fun, with delicious canapes and a classic main meal for the guests to enjoy.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Bibury team arrived at the gallery in the morning and got to work on preparing all of our dishes on-site. Once the event was underway, we began our menu by serving a delicious variety of starters to the guests as they browsed the gallery. Our dishes included fresh salmon, mini fish and chips, and an Indian-inspired selection, to name a few. Later in the evening, we served our classic slow-roasted hog, which was served buffet style from our serving station. The succulent sliced pork was accompanied by fresh bread rolls, sage and onion stuffing, and homemade applesauce, to create a hearty and filling main dish. Additionally, we provided roasted baby potatoes, rich homemade gravy, and BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which was perfect for any plant-based guests. Our menu was a big success with the guests and the Hog Roast Bibury team had a wonderful evening at the gallery!
