Well just ask birthday girl Madeleine, who earlier this week celebrated her 70th birthday in surprise style as friends and family all made a concerted effort to spring a surprise party on her. Joining the secret, the Hog Roast Marshfield, who had the hardest task of all in preparing a glorious southern slow roast in an extreme, covert operation that had to be drilled down to the exact minute.

A family unit that could well go undercover anywhere, because with Madeleine’s surprise 70th party we did not let the secret drop for even a second, pulling off an extremely successful surprise complete with a full southern slow roast buffet ready to right at the time of surprise!
