As a testimony to our helpfulness as a corporate catering brand our long-time business client Harriet recently called us in to provide catering to her local marketing firm. Harriet’s marketing firm require employees to be full of creative spark to help their local clients come up with unique marketing campaigns to draw in customers. Hence that dull boy proverb again; without a break from time to time here staff may not be able to operate at their full creative capacity, and so Harriet has often called a Thursday break and called in the Hog Roast Charlbury catering team to liven up the office for an afternoon with our roast delights.
After a particularly long marketing campaign for a local client Harriet thought the start of October was a perfect time for a refresh in the office and so was straight on the phone to our team. We arrived early to the office and immediately got to cooking our favoured namesake. The hog roast was enjoyed in
a pulled pork form making it perfect for a filling in our bread rolls and wraps along with our roasted new potatoes, selection of sweet and regular potato fries, homemade coleslaw, seasonal leaves, Caesar salad, and halloumi and tomato grilled skewers. The staff all loved the service as usual and Harriet was very thankful for our quick response to her request having call less than only 2 weeks prior.
